    Would love to know what you have named these variant stitches in your head ... the changes in density, direction and distance are delightful

      I guess they are my way of representing the imperfect, insect chewed nature of the eucalypt leaves. However, 'chewed edge' stitch just isn't doing it for me. I will keep contemplating as I doodle stitch.

    Yes, the dark outline of the printed leaves really pulls the natural designs together.

    Your stitch choices are very sensitive...they accentuate without over taking the leaves.
