Would love to know what you have named these variant stitches in your head ... the changes in density, direction and distance are delightful
I guess they are my way of representing the imperfect, insect chewed nature of the eucalypt leaves. However, 'chewed edge' stitch just isn't doing it for me. I will keep contemplating as I doodle stitch.
Chomp stitch is being trialed, or even chop-stitch
Perfect!
Thanks Mo, I'm really enjoying this stitching
Love the stitching really connects the leaves together.
Debbie, I really wanted to enhance the leaf prints with stitch - glad you think this is working
Yes, the dark outline of the printed leaves really pulls the natural designs together.
Thanks Judy, it's good to know that my vision is being seen in the same light by others
Your stitch choices are very sensitive...they accentuate without over taking the leaves.
Dana, I am just loving enhancing these prints
Love these eucalyptus leaves, Jane ... They are glorious things.
They are whispering some of their secrets ... Thanks for popping by.
