is it getting monotonous? more printing

these are produced by using wet leaves on dry fabric
lots of scrunchy folds
very distinct but patchy prints
quite a lovely quality

  1. Monotonous? No more so than watching the sun setting, snow falling, wildflowers blooming, waves crashing and retreating ... all the repetitive, same-but-different displays that nature gives us everyday if we choose to see them. So thank you for showing us your eco-dyeing in all its infinite glory ... there can never be too much of a good thing.

    1. thanks Liz, as you know it can be very addictive (just 1 more bundle). I make such a mess when I do this that I figure I may as well keep going while its all out. Then I will pack it all up and decide how to stitch on it all.

    1. yes, they are interesting - they are folds in the fabric - took me a little while to come to that conclusion, they are so leaf-like
