      I love working on the layers, and the stitch at the end is the icing on the cake

    this is stunning work Jane, love how the stitching reflects the wild exuberance of gum tree flowers and the lace gives a sense of time and depth

      I think you are coming from the same place as me Mo. These flowers were the last ones produced from my tree - it succumbed to root disease this year
